About Me

I’ve always been drawn to the spaces where different people, perspectives, and ways of knowing come together. To me, every collaborative project is a weaving, bringing together experiences, knowledge, and ideas into something stronger than any one thread alone. I love uncovering the connections between them and helping people shape a shared path forward in ways that benefit both people and nature.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked across project coordination, communications, facilitation, and community engagement, supporting initiatives in conservation, reconciliation, social impact, and systems change. I’m especially drawn to complex, purpose-driven work that brings people together around a shared challenge or possibility.

In my work, I help carry ideas from early conversations through to meaningful action. What energizes me most is building community: creating the conditions for people to contribute meaningfully, relationships to deepen, and new possibilities to emerge.

I hold a Master of Arts in Geography, where my research explored the opportunities and challenges of area-based conservation in Canadian marine policy. Since then, I’ve had the honour of supporting initiatives involving Indigenous leadership, governments, nonprofits, researchers, funders, and communities working to address complex social and environmental challenges. These experiences have shaped my approach: grounded in curiosity, humility, deep listening, and a belief that lasting change is built through relationships.

My ancestors come from many places across northwestern Europe, and I was raised on the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation in southern Ontario. Today, I am grateful to live on the traditional territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples (Victoria, BC) where I continue learning what it means to be in relationship with both people and place. These relationships ground my belief that we share a responsibility to tend the social and ecological systems of which we are a part.
